Bacon Wrapped Mini Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Mini Peppers (200g each)
  • 180 g cream cheese
  • 180 g sour cream
  • 1 pack Ādažu Dipi sauce mix (garden herbs flavor)
  • Bacon slices (enough to wrap all pepper halves)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill/smoker to 120°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and the Ādažu Dipi spice mix. Blend everything together using a hand mixer until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  4. Fill each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed pepper tightly with a slice of bacon so the filling is well secured.
  6. Place the wrapped peppers on the grill and smoke/cook for 3 to 5 hours at 120°C. For extra flavor, add Sugar Maple wood while smoking until the bacon is beautifully cooked and crispy.
