Bacon Wrapped Mini Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 packs of Mini Peppers (200g each)
- 180 g cream cheese
- 180 g sour cream
- 1 pack Ādažu Dipi sauce mix (garden herbs flavor)
- Bacon slices (enough to wrap all pepper halves)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill/smoker to 120°C.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and the Ādažu Dipi spice mix. Blend everything together using a hand mixer until completely smooth and creamy.
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Fill each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed pepper tightly with a slice of bacon so the filling is well secured.
- Place the wrapped peppers on the grill and smoke/cook for 3 to 5 hours at 120°C. For extra flavor, add Sugar Maple wood while smoking until the bacon is beautifully cooked and crispy.
