Ingredients

  • 500 g dumplings
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60 ml unsalted soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F)..
  2. In a baking dish, combine the coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
  3. Mix everything well until the curry paste is fully dissolved.
  4. Add the dumplings to the dish and turn them gently to coat in the sauce.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Spoon extra sauce over the dumplings before serving.
