Ingredients
- 500 g dumplings
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 60 ml unsalted soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F)..
- In a baking dish, combine the coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
- Mix everything well until the curry paste is fully dissolved.
- Add the dumplings to the dish and turn them gently to coat in the sauce.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Spoon extra sauce over the dumplings before serving.
