Chicken with Rice and Asparagus

Rice Chicken Asparagus Prep: 30 min

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Oak'a Sweet Garlic spice mix
  • Rice
  • Asparagus
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Cheese
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken in Oak'a Sweet Garlic spice mix and cook in an air fryer for 15–20 minutes at 200°C.
  2. Wash the rice and start cooking it.
  3. Snap off the ends of the asparagus and cook them in butter.
  4. Cook for 7–8 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. When it’s almost done, add finely chopped garlic, cook briefly, then add cheese.
  6. In another pan, cook 2 heads (bulbs) of finely chopped garlic.
  7. Add soy sauce and honey.
  8. Add the chicken and wait until the sauce thickens.
  9. If the sauce does not thicken, add a cornstarch mixture.
