Crispy Chicken Cones

Ingredients
- 6 tortillas
- 3 tbsp oil (for brushing the tortillas)
- 1kg chicken breast fillet
- Oak'a Delicious Chicken spice mix
- 1/2 can of corn
- 1/2 bag of potato chips
- 130 g cream cheese
- 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
- Chives (finely chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tortillas in half, roll each half into a cone shape, and secure the edge with a toothpick.
- Place the cones onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them lightly with oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat mode, no fan) until the cones are golden and crispy. Remove the toothpicks carefully after baking.
- Season the chicken breast thoroughly with Oak'a Delicious Chicken spice mix.
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer until fully done and juicy.
- Put the cooked chicken in a bowl and use a hand mixer (with the standard beaters) to quickly and perfectly shred the meat, then let it cool down.
- In a large bowl, crush the chips, then add the shredded chicken, corn, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Stuff the baked tortilla cones with the chicken filling and garnish the tops with finely chopped chives.
