Ingredients
- Pork belly
- Oak’a Honey Spice Mix or Barbados Spice Mix
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Oak'a Original BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Cut the pork into even cubes.
- Season all pieces with Oak’a Honey Spice Mix or Barbados Spice Mix.
- Preheat the grill to 135°C.
- Cherry wood chips can be added for aroma.
- Place the pork pieces on the grill and leave for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the pork, add butter, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce.
- Wrap in foil so nothing can leak out.
- After 1.5 hours, turn it upside down.
- After 1 more hour, remove from the grill.
