Burnt Pork Ends

Low & Slow Pork Prep: 300 min

Ingredients

  • Pork belly
  • Oak’a Honey Spice Mix or Barbados Spice Mix
  • Butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Oak'a Original BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into even cubes.
  2. Season all pieces with Oak’a Honey Spice Mix or Barbados Spice Mix.
  3. Preheat the grill to 135°C.
  4. Cherry wood chips can be added for aroma.
  5. Place the pork pieces on the grill and leave for 2.5 hours.
  6. Remove the pork, add butter, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce.
  7. Wrap in foil so nothing can leak out.
  8. After 1.5 hours, turn it upside down.
  9. After 1 more hour, remove from the grill.
